Fruity Jelly Salad

Ingredients

507g fruit cocktail, liquid drained
740ml all purpose cream
410ml evaporated milk
390ml condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar(more if needed)
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Yellow
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Green
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Red
water for Jelly Powder

Procedure

  1. Gulaman: gradually add 12.5g yellow gulaman into the 3 cups water.
  2. Mix well until it dissolves. Bring to a boil
  3. Turn the heat off and pour into the mold
  4. Let gulaman sets up and cook the red and green gulaman
  5. Cut gulaman into cubes
  6. Combine all purpose cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar
  7. Mix well until sugar dissolves
  8. Add fruit cocktail and gulaman. Mix well
  9. Put the salad into the cups
  10. Cover and chill until ready to serve
