Fruity Jelly Breakfast Bowl


125g Greek Yogurt
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan
1 Liter water
1 cup White sugar
1/3 cup Rolled/Quick cooking oats


Jelly mix

  1. On a sauce pan, mix 1 sachet of Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan jelly powder with water.
  2. Put on low heat and add sugar
  3.  Stir until dissolved
  4. Place in a baking pan and cool
  5. Once cooled, slice into medium-sized cubes

Breakfast bowl

  1. Roast 1/3 cup of rolled/quick cooking oats until fragrant
  2. In a bowl, put cooled jelly mix and Greek yogurt
  3. Sprinkle roasted oats on top
  4. Add honey if desired
