Jelly Japche

Ingredients

Jelly Japchae Noodles:

1 Mr. Hat Gulaman White Unflavored

2 and 1/2 cups water

5 tbsp soy sauce

5 tbsp oyster sauce

5 tbsp brown sugar

Procedure

Sa isang kaserola ibuhos ang tubig. Isunod ang Mr. Hat Gulaman White Unflavored, soy sauce, oyster sauce, at sugar. Haluin mabuti. Pakuluin ng bahagya. Isalin sa molde. Hayaang lumamig at mag-set ng 2 hrs.

 

Ihanda ang mga sumusunod:

 

1 -cup beef strips (binabad  sa 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ tsp ground black pepper & 2 tbsp soy sauce) at i-stir fry. 

-1 medium onion, blanched and sliced thinly

-1 medium carrot, blanched and cut into matchsticks 

-1 cup spinach, washed, drained and, blanched

-1/2 cup Shitake mushroom, blanched and sliced thinly

-5 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted 

-1-2 egg yolk, scrambled and sliced thinly

-3 tbsp Sesame oil

 

I-grate ang jelly mixture upang makagawa ng jelly noodles. Ilagay ang jelly noodles sa isang malaking bowl.

Ilagay ang onion, carrot, shitake mushroom, beef strips, scrambled egg, spinach, sesame oil at sesame seeds. Haluin mabuti. Serve and enjoy!
