Mango Jelly Cheesecake

Ingredients

125 grams graham crackers, crushed
70 grams butter, melted
250 grams ripe mango, diced
250 grams ripe mango puréed
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored
500 grames cream cheese, softened
1.2 cup + 1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
300 ml thickened All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Mr Hat Gulaman Yellow Unflavored jelly powder
150 g ripe mango purée

Procedure

1. Grease 9 inch cake pan
2. Haluin ang crushed biscuits at butter sa isang bowl ilagay sa bottom ng cake pan.
3. Hiwain ang mango, split into two groups, isa na cubed at and isa ay gagamitin para sa purée
4. Ilagay sa food processor or blender ang mangos for purée
5. Prepare the jelly mixture sa isang kaserola at ilagay sa stove until dissolved and Gulaman powder. Set aside.
6. In a separate bowl, gumamit ng electric mixer and mix the cream cheese at sugar until smooth. Ilagay ang cooled gulaman mixture at i-fold until incorporated
7. Add lemon juice and lemon zest at i-set aside ang cream cheese mixture.

Mango Jelly Layer
