Sweet Potato Corn Balls


5 pcs sweet potato
425g Relish ( whole kernel corn )
1/2 cup allpurpose flour
2 tbsp sugar for coating ( optional )


1.peel the sweet potatoes and wash thoroughly
2. slice to medium size for quick tenderness
3. put in a saucepan and boil until it reaches
4. when the sweet potatoes are soft, you can turn off the heat and discard the stew
5. Grind it with fork or potato smasher
6. Once grind done . Add the allpurpose flour and mix it well until the texture is like a dough
7. Mold in a circle according to your prepared size
8. And deep fried until golden brown and served.
