Ube Sago Jelly with Mr. Hat Gulaman
Ingredients
- 4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 pack White Gulaman (Unflavored)
- 1 tsp ube flavor
- 1 pack (250 ml) all purpose cream
- 1 can (300 ml) ube flavored condensed milk
- 1 can (370 ml) evaporated milk
- 2 cup cooked sago
- 165 grams grated cheese
Procedure
1. Ilagay ang tubig, sugar, gulaman powder, at ube flavoring sa isang pot on medium heat hangang dissolved na ang sugar
2. ilagay ang mixture sa container to chill and set
3. Hiwain into cubes and set aside
4. Sa isang bowl, I-mix ang all purpose cream, ube condensed milk, evaporated milk, gulaman cubes, sago at cheese
5. Serve with grated cheese on top
Ready to eat!
