Almond Lychee Jelly

Ingredients

3 cups water

1/4 cup sugar

1 pack (25g) lychee flavored Mr. Hat Gulaman

 

1 cup water

1 cup milk (you can use almond milk, fresh milk or milk of your choice)

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 pack (12g) white, unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman

1/4 tsp almond flavor

 

1 can (565g) lychee, syrup included

Almond slices for toppings (optional)

Procedure

  1. Tunawin ang asukal at lychee gulaman sa tubig at pakuluin. Transfer into a rectangular mold at palamigin until firm. Cut into cubes and set aside

 

  1. Tunawin ang asukal at white unflavored gulaman sa water and milk mixture and bring to a low boil. Turn off heat and add almond flavor. Transfer into a rectangular mold at palamigin until firm. Cut into cubes and set aside

 

  1. Pagsamahin ang lychee and almond gulaman cubes sa isang bowl. Ilagay ang canned lychee kasama ang syrup nito. Mix well and chill

 

  1. Serve with almond slices on top (optional)
