Cheese Corn Jelly Shot with Mr. Hat Gulaman

Ingredients

 

  1. 165g processed filled cheese
  2. 1 can (250g) Relish Whole Corn Kernel
  3. 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
  4. 1 pack (25g) Yellow Mr. Hat Gulaman, Unflavored
  5. 1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
  6. 1 can (300mL) condensed milk
  7. 165g grated quickmelt cheese
  8. 1 cup whipping cream

Procedure

  1. Dice processed filled cheese and drain whole corn. Add some cheese and corn at the bottom of each shot glass and set aside
  2. In a pot, dissolve yellow Mr. Hat Gulaman in evaporated milk. Add all purpose cream and condensed milk and mix well to combine. Bring to a low boil with continuous stirring then turn off heat. Add grated quickmelt cheese and mix well just until big lumps dissolve
  3. Pour into prepared shot glass. Cool completely until set. Once set, add more corn on top
  4. Beat whipping cream until stiff. Pipe on top of each shot glass and chill
  5. Once chilled, top with grated cheese and corn before serving
