Elis Style Palabok
2-3 pcs Relish Vermicelli
2-3 pcs Boiled egg
5-8 pcs Shrimp
1 tbsp Atsuete
1 pack Chitcharon Mang Juan (crushed)
Divide into 4 slices Shrimp cube and pork cubes
2 cups Water or broth
2 tbsp Cornstarch (dissolve in 3 tbsp water)
1. Cook Relish vermicelli in boiling hot water for 2- 3 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a pan add oil fry the crushed chitcharon, then transfer in a plate set aside. Next fry the shrimp using the same pan, and set aside.
3. Using the same pan add atsuete and strain the seed add the half shrimp cubes and pork cubes and water and pour dissolved cornstarch.
1. In a plate put the cooked relish vermicelli, pour the palabok sauce, topped with chitcharon, cooked shrimp, eggs and garnish with some onion leeks. Serve and enjoy.
