Fruity Jelly Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
125g Greek Yogurt
1 sachet Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan
1 Liter water
1 cup White sugar
1/3 cup Rolled/Quick cooking oats
Procedure
Jelly mix
- On a sauce pan, mix 1 sachet of Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan jelly powder with water.
- Put on low heat and add sugar
- Stir until dissolved
- Place in a baking pan and cool
- Once cooled, slice into medium-sized cubes
Breakfast bowl
- Roast 1/3 cup of rolled/quick cooking oats until fragrant
- In a bowl, put cooled jelly mix and Greek yogurt
- Sprinkle roasted oats on top
- Add honey if desired
