Kiwi Banna with Mr. Hat Gulaman

Ingredients

For the graham crust:

  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar

For the filling;

  • 1 sachet Mr. Gulaman White Unflavored
  • 3 kiwi fruit
  • 1 (500g) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon
  • juice
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Procedure

For the crust:
1. Mix together crushed graham crackers, sugar and melted butter sa isang bowl. Mix well to combine.
2. ilagay ang mixture sa ilalim ng inyong mold and pack it down para smooth and surface.
3. Maglagay ng banana slices then chill the crust bago ilagay ang no-bake filling.

For the filling:
1. Hiwain ang kiwi fruit into cubes.
2. Sa isang saucepan, ipagsama ang kiwi fruit, lemon juice and sugar.
3. Lutuin sa medium heat for 3 minutes and then set aside.
4. In another saucepan, ipagsama ang water and 1 sachet of Mr. Gulaman (white unflavored) jelly powder. Mix well until the jelly powder is dissolved.
5. Ilagay sa stove, add the kiwi mixture, then the Greek Yogurt. Mix well. Do not boil. Pagkatapos tangaling sa stove.
6. Pour into the individual molds at i-decorate gamit ng banana at kiwi slices. Brush some corn syrup on the fruit slices.
7. Ilagay sa fridge and cool for an hour or two. Serve it chilled.
