Fruity Jelly Salad
Ingredients
507g fruit cocktail, liquid drained
740ml all purpose cream
410ml evaporated milk
390ml condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar(more if needed)
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Yellow
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Green
12.5g Mr. Hat Gulaman Unflavored Red
water for Jelly Powder
Procedure
- Gulaman: gradually add 12.5g yellow gulaman into the 3 cups water.
- Mix well until it dissolves. Bring to a boil
- Turn the heat off and pour into the mold
- Let gulaman sets up and cook the red and green gulaman
- Cut gulaman into cubes
- Combine all purpose cream, evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar
- Mix well until sugar dissolves
- Add fruit cocktail and gulaman. Mix well
- Put the salad into the cups
- Cover and chill until ready to serve
