Fish with Strawberry Jelly Salad


Strawberry Jelly: ⠀

  • 2 tsp Mr. Hat Gulaman (Strawberry Flavored)
  • 1 cup water ⠀
  • 2 tbsp white sugar

Apple Dressing: ⠀

  •  1/2 cup apple concentrate or juice
  • 2 tbsp mustard ⠀
  • 1-4 tsp ground black pepper ⠀
  • Olive oil ⠀
  • Honey

Salad: ⠀

  • 1 cup cooked breaded fish nugget size ⠀
  • 1 small apple (cubed)⠀
  • 1 kiwi (sliced) ⠀
  • 1 cup cucumber (sliced) ⠀
  • 1 package iceberg lettuce ⠀
  • 1 small head of romaine lettuce


Strawberry Jelly

1. Sa isang kaserola ibuhos ang tubig, Mr Hat Gulaman (Strawberry flavored) at white sugar. Haluing mabuti upang matunaw ang powder. Pakuluin ng bahagya. I-off ang stove. Palamigin ng 20 mins, bago ⠀itransfer sa rectangular container. Hayaang mag set sa loob ng refrigerator. Scoop the strawberry jelly gamit ang fruit scooper. Set aside.

Apple Dressing

1. Sa isang bowl, ibuhos ang apple juice, mustard, at ground black pepper. Haluin ang dressing gamit ang wire whisk. Unti-unting ibuhos ang olive oil habang hinahalo ang dressing. Ilagay ang honey habang patuloy na hinahalo. I-set aside.


1. Sa isang plate i-arrange ang iceberg and romaine lettuce, cucumber, kiwi, at apple. Pour 1/4 cup of the dressing. Top with fish and strawberry jelly. ⠀
