Lumpiang Vermicelli

Ingredients

3 cups Relish Premium Vermicelli
Cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
1 pc onion
½ cup carrots
½ cup baguio beans
¾ cup water
1 pork cube
Lumpia wrapper

Procedure

– In a pan, saute garlic and onion until soft and fragrant.
– Add baguio beans and carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
– Then add in water, pork cube, and drained Relish Premium Vermicelli. Let it simmer until
noodles is cooked through.
– Once the vermicelli filling has cooled off, get 1 to 2 tablespoon of the filling and start wrapping
in lumpia wrapper.
– In a pan, heat oil and deep fry each lumpia until crispy and golden brown.
