Mango Pandan Cheesecake
For the Base:
- 1/4 cup crushed graham
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup whipped cream (non-dairy)
Ingredients for the Cheesecake Mixture:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Mr. Hat Gulaman (White Unflavored) dissolved in 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tsp pandan flavor
1. Ipagsama ang crushed graham at melted butter. Haluing mabuti.
2. Ipress sa bottom ng ungreased 6” spring form pan tapos palamigin.
3. Gamit ang electric mixer, i-beat ang whipped cream on low speed at dahan-dahang dagdagan ang speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form. I-set aside. (Takpan ang bowl with damp cloth)
1. Gamitin ang electric mixer para i-beat ang cream cheese at powdered sugar until light at dagdagan ng pandan flavor (extract) .
2. Ilagay ang whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
3. Sa kaserola, ilagay ang milk at Mr. Hat Gulaman (White Unflavored) at lutuin sa low heat at hintayin kumulo. Hayaan for a few minutes tapos idagdag sa cheesecake mixture.
4. Ilagay ang cheesecake mixture sa prepared crust at palimigin hanggang mag-set.
5. Lagyan ng fresh mangoes on top.
6. Serve chilled.
