Relish Ginataang Mais

Ingredients

1 can relish whole kernel corn
1 cup malagkit rice
2 cups coconut milk
½ cup water
½ cup all purpose cream
150- 200 grams condensed milk
Pandan leaves optional

Procedure

1. In a pot combine water and coconut milk bring to boil. Add rice and corn stir to combine ,lower the heat and continue to cook, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until the rice expand and soften.
2. Add pandan leaves, and condensed milk continue to cook, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
3. Lastly add all-purpose cream and gently stir until the cream blended to the mixture.
4. Ladle into the serving bowl and garnish with remaining corn.
