Relish Totsong Bangus

Ingredients

1 whole bangus, cleaned and cut into 1.5 inch sections
4 tbsp 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐇 salted black beans
1 cup flour
salt and pepper
oil
3 pcs tomatoes chopped
1 onion ,sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger peeled and julienned
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp brown sugar
onion leeks for garnish

Procedure

1. Season the fish with salt and pepper coat them with flour then fry and set aside.
2. Using the same pan sauté onion, garlic, and ginger. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
3. Add water, vinegar, and tausi Bring it to a boil then simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add the fish and simmer for 10 more minutes.
5. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt if needed, turn off heat then serve while hot.
