Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose cream ⠀
  • 1 cup coconut milk ⠀
  • 1/2 cup sugar  ⠀
  • 1 tbsp Mr. Hat Gulaman (Green Unflavored)  ⠀
  • 2 tbsp cooked pinipig  ⠀
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla  ⠀
  • 1 tsp pandan flavor

Procedure

1. Sa isang kaserola, ipagsama ang lahat ng ingredients at haluing mabuti. Lutuin in low heat.
2. Hatiin ang mixture between serving dishes and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Lagyan ng pinipig and fresh coconut on top. ⠀
3. Serve chilled. ⠀
