Coffee Gulaman Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
For Coffee Gulaman
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack black Gulaman (Unflavored)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp coffee powder
For Mousse:
- 50 grams all purpose cream
- 50 grams chocolate
- 200 grams whipping cream
Procedure
Procedure for Coffee Gulaman:
1. Ilagay ang tubig, gulaman powder, sugar at coffee powder sa isang pan at haluin.
2. Cook the mixture hangang ma-dissolve ang gulaman at sugar.
3. Ilagay sa isang container to chill and set for 30 mins.
Procedure for Mouse:
1. Initin ang all purpose cream sa microwave.
2. Ipagsama ang mainit na cream and chocolate at i-mix until incorporated.
3. Gently mix in ang melted chocolate sa whipping cream.
4. Hiwain ang coffee gulaman into cubes.
5. Ilagay ang coffee gulaman sa bottom ng glass/serving bowl at lagyan ng chocolate mousse sa ibabaw.
