Jelly Shots

Ingredients

2 cups water 

1 cup Tanduay rhum 

1 pack of Mr. Hat Gulaman (red unflavored) 

½ cup sugar

Procedure

  1. Combine water, Mr. Hat Gulaman powder,  and sugar in a small pot. Stir very well until the powder dissolves completely. 
  2. Bring to a boil, lower the heat to let it simmer, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Then slowly add the liquor, so the alcohol doesn’t burn off. 
  4. Pour the mixture into shot glasses. 

Note; Both plastic and glass shot glasses can work for these sweet treats.
