Ingredients
Shaved Ice Coffee Jelly
Coffee Jelly:
1 packet Mr. Hat Gulaman Coffee Flavor
3 cups water
1 tbsp sugar
Procedure
Sa isang kaserola, ibuhos ang tubig. Isunod ang Mr. Hat Gulaman Coffee Flavor at asukal. Haluing mabuti at isalang. Pakuluin ng bahagya. Isalin sa container. Maaring gumamit ng ice tray for uniform shape and sizes. Palamigin sa refrigerator ng 2 oras.
Assembly:
Drinking Glass or Cup
Shaved Ice
Special Milk Blend (1:1 ratio for condensed milk & evaporated milk mixed together)
Coffee Jelly
Prepared Instant Coffee
Sa isang baso ilagay ang coffee jelly. Isunod ang shaved ice, prepared coffee, at special milk blend. Top with more coffee jelly. Mix it with spoon and serve immediately.
