Sparkling Fruity Jelly Drink
Ingredients
For the Fruity Jelly Ice:
1 sachet, Mr. Hat Gulaman White Unflavored
3 cups water
10 pcs strawberry slices
10 pcs orange slices
1tsp sugar
Ibuhos ang tubig sa kaserola. Ilagay ang Mr. Hat Gulaman White Unflavored at sugar. Haluin mabuti at bahagyang pakuluan. Set aside for about 15-20 mins to cool. On each of the ice tray cavity, add fruit slices and pour carefully the jelly mixture on top. Ilagay ang ice tray sa freezer overnight.
Sparkling Drink:
Frozen strawberries
Orange slices
1 basil leaf
1 jigger grenadine syrup
Fruity Jelly Ice
1 cup sparklling water
Procedure
Sa isang baso, add in 2-3 pcs strawberries, orange slices, and basil leaf. Mash the fruits using a muddler. Pour grenadine syrup. Isunod ang fruity jelly ice. Add the sparkling water. Stir well! Garnish with orange. Serve cold and enjoy.
