Crema de Fruta
Ingredients
CUSTARD
- 4 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup cornstarch
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
CHIFFON
- 2 cups cake flour, sifted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup evap
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
Meringue:
- 6 egg whites
- ½ tsp cream of tartar
- ⅓ cup sugar
Procedure
- Pour in a 10×10 square pan, greased and lined with parchment
and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 25 minutes or until cake springs back when pressed. - GULAMAN

1 pack (25g) Mr. Hat Gulaman White unflavored
Fruit cocktail, drained (separate the cherries for decoration)
